Units must meet highway specifications for towed vehicles, must meet all saftey standards. The overall size of the "bunkhouse" shall be 25', exterior floor dimension of approximately 8' x 21'. Shall have tandem Tor Flex (or equal) 5000 pound, rubber cushioned axles, 16", 8-hole wheels with extra heavy duty tires to withstand gravel roads, electric brakes at each wheel, exterior mounted spare tires and wheel with cover. Must be fully equipped as living quarters including a floor to ceiling radiant furnace with a wall mounted thermostat. Delivery F.O.B. destination to Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge, Airport Road, Lewistown, Montana.
