The successful offeror shall be required to provide; (1) FOB destination delivery, (2) three of each operating and service manual; (3) "on-site" system training; (4) Installation; (5) and a full year parts and labor warranty to include a preventive maintenance and emergency repair system at no extra cost to VANTHCS. The product must meet the minimum salient characteristics as defined in this solicitation. Each offeror shall be required to provide descriptive literature with his/her offer. GENERAL MINIMUM SPECIFICATION:Bicarb Mixing andDistribution and Acid Distribution Systems for Hemodialysis Consisting of:(1 Each) Bicarbonate mixing and distribution system to service 27 patient stations.(2 each) Acidified concentrate distribution system to service 27 patient stations.(2 Each) 300 gallon acid storage tanks.The system must have the capability of easy sanitation and clean up.The system must be low pressure 2 PSI at each station to accommodate Fresenius 2008H dialysis equipment with a flow rate of 800ml/min (gravity or pump fed with backup pump in line). All pumps must be backed up with redundant pumps to insure any pump malfunction may be back on line within five minutes.Recessed patient walls stations to house two each acid connectors and one each bicarb connector A 800 ml min dialysate flow at each 2008H Fresenius machine Bicarb flow rate 1 oz per minute per machine Acid flow rate 1 oz per minute per machine. All plumbing, pumps, regulators, monitors, values and returns must be installed by the vendor. Electrical and any core drilling will be performed by our Engineering Department.
