The US Customs Service has the need for a fermentation equipment for fruit juice SNIF-NMR (Site Specific Natural Isotope Fractionation) analysis. Minimally the system must be compatible with the Eurofins SNIF-NMR software. The system must have a PC compatible SNIF-NMR fermentation station, printer, a balance and a connection to SNIF-NMR fermentation station. The vendor must provide supporting data that proves their proposed equipment is acceptable (specific data request) and the vendor is liable for assuring that the equipment provided meets the required specifications. The vendor shall provide training for the system at the time of installation. This training will include startup and shut down procedures and routine system servicing that is to be provided by laboratory staff on a continuing basis. This training may be provided at either the Savannah Customs Laboratory or the vendor's site, to be determined by the vendor. The vendor shall provide a completed set of system documentation and manuals (hard copy or CD ROM format).
