Amendment 01 -- Requirement is for a completely integrated customer management software application that provides contact and account information management as well as providing sales tips. The software shall also provide a complete history of contact-related communications integrated with full calendar management. It shall also include comprehensive reporting capabilties and include features for accessing informtion via the internet. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in the accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F01600-00-T0758 and is a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard industrial code is 7372 with a small business size standard of $18M. This requirement consists of one line item: ACT!2000 Computer Program, or equal, designed to provide all aspects of contact management to include one year of updates. The quantity if 270 each. The computer program will be used in Air Force ROTC Detachments and by recruiters. Delivery is FOB Destination, Maxwell AFB AL 36112-6106.
