A -- The U.S. Department of Commerce/International Trade Administration (ITA) Foreign Commercial Services intends to procure on a sole source basis from Krannert Graduate School of Management, services to design the 2001 Commercial Service Assessment Program. The proposed contractor will provide recommendations based on approaches used in previous administration assessment exercises. Also, the contractor will design and revise assessment exercises, evaluative methodology and the assessment management process. In addition, the proposed contractor will develop test questions, exercises and supporting materials for the 2001 Commercial Service Assessment. This is a notice of intent. No solicitation package exists; therefore, a request for such packages will not be considered. Award will be made under simplified acquisition procedures.
