The TRADOC Acquisition Center -- Leavenworth (TAC-L), Fort leavenworth, Kansas intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Gensym Corporation, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for the licensing of G2 software in order to support the Command Decision Modeling effort of the National Simulation Center. The software is used to support: WARSIM Low Overhead driver development and experimentation, CGSC Staff training classes, Army War College course of action tool development and experimentation, AMSO Command Decision Modeling standards development, Logistics Integration Agency, JPL smart enemy agent development, and Naval Post Graduate School attrition algorithm development. G2 is a proprietary product of Gensym Corporation. The period of performance is approximately 1 August 2000 -- 31 July 2001 plus four one-year option periods.
