Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to rehabilitate a 200-ton bridge crane at the Dardanelle Hydropowerplant, Dardanelle, Arkansas. The work includes, but is not limited to: Furnish new machinery bases, couplings, and wire rope; modify existing hoist reducers to remove mechanical load brakes; clean and visually inspect existing mechanical equipment; all electrical equipment shall be replaced, including motors, brakes, lighting, controls, wiring, conduit systems, circuit breakers, electrical control cabinets, etc.; the existing crane operator cab shall be replaced with the open, pulpit type, incorporating a new operator chair and controls, and glass. Numbered Note 1 applies. The SIC code for this acquisition is 3536 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Solicitation will be on Compact Disk (CD-Rom) and provided free of charge.
