The Single Channel Anti-jam Manportable (SCAMP) Terminal Program, Contract DAAB07-96-C-A760, will be modified to include a new requirement for Time and Material support to Statement of Work paragraph 13, "Engineering Studies and Services" to include participation in Milstar Baseband Working groups and similar system level meetings. Preparation for these meetings, travel to and participation in the meetings, as well as preparation and coordination of any action items resulting from the meetings is also included in this effort. Meetings shall be located at, but not limited to, the contractor's facilities, Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey, or other Government directed locations. Rockwell Collins is the only source who possesses the capability and knowledge required to satisfy the Government's requirements.
