Coast Guard, Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic is procuring a non-personal services contract with an individual or firm capable of providing all aspects of Endodontics Services at the U. S. Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, NJ. This requirement is for a part-time basis, Twenty hours a week during the calendar year. The hours shall normally be 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM, exclusive of Federal holidays. The contract period is 1 September 2000 through 31 August 2000. The Endodontist must have Proficiency in the diagnosis of complex endodontic problems and surgical and non-surgical treatment of molar, premolar, and incisor teeth, use of the Surgical Operating Microscope in endodontic treatment, incision, drainage and trephination as required for endodontic urgent care situations, management of trauma to the dentition and management of apexification cases. The Statement of Work delineating specific services required will be provided in the Request For Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The SIC Code for this acquisition is 8021, with a size standard of $5 Million or less in average annual receipts for all business within the last three (3) fiscal years.
