S -- PICK-UP AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE MATERIAL (RUBBISH) POC Dorothy Nickens, (301) 496-0301 Amendment to submission NO. 401750 is as follows: The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Gerontology Research Center (GRC), Baltimore, Maryland requires a Contractor to provide refuse servies. The Contractor shall furnish a thirty- (30) cubic yard refuse container under a rental agreement. The Contractor shall pick-up the refuse container, dispose of the refuse at a certified landfill and return the refuse container back to the GRC. The compactor shall be capable of holding the refuse and rubbish without leakage, shall be capable of sealing tightly while loading, equpped with guide rails which shall allow uniform placement of the compactor after dumping. The period of performance will be for a basic twelve-(12) month contract period with options to renew for four (4) successive twelve-month periods.
