The Contractor shall provide care at 78th Medical Group herein referred to as "Medical Health Facility" (MHF) and specifically with the Health and Wellness Center, also referred to as the (HAWC) herein. Contractor shall furnish all labor, health and wellness education teaching and familiarization and orientation, and consultations and reports except as provided in this performance work statement (PWS). Contractor care shall cover the range of services provided in a civilian medical treatment facility. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in this PWS, and professional standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO).
