The building will have a slab-on-grade foundation, and include offices, crew room, staff restroom, storage rooms, equipment storage and maintenance bays, pesticide mixing area, and pesticide storage and paint storage rooms. Work also includes a septic system, site grading and surfacing, and site utilities. The due date for offers is an approximate date.
