Time for Completion: 365 calendar days after notice to proceed. Project includes, but is not limited to, modification and upgrade of existing Notifier Fire Alarm System with addressable technology and compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for the manual pull stations and horn/strobes. Contract will also include remote monitors, printer, panel power supplies and circuit in compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) code requirements. Contractor will be required to maintain the existing building fire alarm systems, install new components and circuits to modify and upgrade current system and provide fire alarm maintenance service. Contract will be performed in phases. Notifier Fire Alarm System is currently in place and will be expanded. Full and open competition is invited, all interested parties are encouraged to respond.
