Work consists of furnishing all layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tool, appliances, services, supplies, incidentals, and performing all operations in connection with _Repair of HVAC Systems, Building Number 826._ Project calls for removal of existing HVAC equipment ductwork, light fixtures, ceiling, etc. and install new HVAC system as described. Also, remove and repair existing building elements and other site elements as directed by the construction documents. This will be a firm-fixed price construction contract awarded on a _best value_ basis. The performance period for this contract is expected to be 120 calendar days. The estimated contract magnitude for this acquisition is between $250,000 and $500,000.
