The work included under the specifications consists of the following items, but is not limited to these items alone: a. Temporary removal of mechanical and electrical equipment as required for the installation of the roofing system. b. Removal of downspouts, roof drains, sheetmetal work, top course of brick masonry from firewall and fender wall parapets, siding, roof top equipment,and the existing roof. c. Closing of openings in the roof deck. d. Repairs to wood roof deck and brick masonry. e. Installation of wood framing for support of the eave edge of the roof deck, wood nailers, preformed siding of the parapets walls, sheetmetal work, new roofing system, all access ladders, and new gutters and downspouts. The Government estimate for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
