The renovation work will include demolition and the installation and/or modification of existing metal framework and glass finishes required to install new automatic revolving door unit. The unit shall include an easily adjustable electronic reduced speed feature for disabled persons and be able to be locked down for security reasons. Provide complete operations manual of unit installed. The Cost Range for design and construction services is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
