a noncompetitive acquisition to Litton Systems Poly-Scientific Inc,
Blacksburg Va, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible
source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency
requirements. This acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for
purchase of 2 each Slip Rings applicable to the AN/AAQ-14 Program.
Part number 717513640-049, NSN: 1270-01-268-4611. The required delivery
schedule is 31 Oct 2000. The approximate solicitation issue date will
be 15 days after the publication of this notice. The approximate
response date will be 30 days following posting of this solicitation in
