The equipment is part of Weapons Impact Scoring Set (WISS) Version 4. The WISS is a bomb scoring system used by Navy Training Ranges. Sagebrush, Inc., Albuquerque, NM, is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Sagebrush owns the proprietary design of the unit and is the only company that has specifications. The Pan & Tilt Model 20 meets requirements of 100% form, fit and function of the WISS Version 4 System. The Model 20 must interface with existing equipment, must meet the weight and performance requirements for installation and mounting by a technician in the field on minimum of 60-foot high antenna towers.
