source tracking technique requires a large number of samples (>200)
to adequately determine sources of fecal contamination in surface
water. Samples of E. coli bacteria shall be cultured from both
receiving waters and animal-waste samples collected in the basin. A
total of 250 surface water samples, 25 animal waste samples from major
species, and 10 animal waste samples from minor species will need to
be cultured for E. coli bacteria in the watershed to identify sources
of fecal contamination in the watershed located in theTurkey Creek
