The Army Telecommunications Directorate (ATD) has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for the Headquarters, US Army Air Defense Artillery Center and Fort Bliss (USAADACENFB). The proposed contract is for one base year. The local exchange service provider, certified by the Texas PUC, shall provide local commercial communications service for the USAADACENFB, Directorate of Information Management (DOIM), Fort Bliss, TX 79916-6812. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for 22 individual, commercial business lines and two, four-wire radio circuits. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or woman-owned businesses. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees.
