The roofs shall be standardized to the greatest extent possible to reduce future maintenance and repair costs. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. Magnitude: $500,000 -- $1,000,000. The anticipated performance period is between 03 July 2001 and 28 September 2001. The summer at Thule Air Base is extremely short and shipment of materials can only take place in June/July. Special Note: All discussion leading to contract award shall take place at the Contracting Office located in the Embassy of the United States of America, Copenhagen, Denmark. All parties responding to this synopsis and any costs incurred as a result of subsequent discussions prior to award of contract are the sole responsibility of the interested parties.
