NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for removal and installation of two (2) High Purity Gas delivery lines for Silane delivery to the Detector Development Laboratory. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The anticipated release date of RFQ 553-76524-0000/912 is June 30, 2000 with a quote due date of July 14, 2000.
