The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a Firm Fixed-Price Personal Healthcare Service Contract for a Public Health Nurse to work on the Crow Creek Reservation through the Fort Thompson PHS, IHS Health Center, P.O. Box 200, Fort Thompson, South Dakota 57339. The contractor will be responsible for data collection, nursing assessment primary prevention activities, case management and other duties. Requirements are as follows: Must have a South Dakota Nursing License, one year of experience working in a hospital setting and a valid drivers license. The work schedule is Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays), 8:00AM through 4:30PM with a thirty (30) minute lunch break. The Contract terms will be from August 1, 2000 through July 31, 2001 with a one year option period. This is a Small Business Set-Aside Contract.
