The VA Medical Center, Providence, RI has the need for a contractor to provide community based outpatient clinic services to eligible veterans in Nantucket County, Massachusetts. Both primary care and mental health services are needed. The Contractor will be responsible to furnish medical facilities, clinical providers, equipment, supplies, routine radiology and administrative functions to fulfill the level of care specified in the RFP. The clinic must be in Nantucket County, Massachusetts. Service will be at a fee-for-service rate.
