The basis for this requirement is to Cooperate with NCIHC to develop specific products that shall promote medical interpreters and training to increase health care access to LEP speakers. Development of a resource guide/directory of medical interpreter programs, training programs, professional interpreter organizations, and affiliated individuals. The proposed simplified acquisition is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
