The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), under the Simplifed Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13, intends to issue a request for quotation (RFQ) for technical assistance in the development of a single first stop unifying document that addressess common environmental management concerns of small business from a practical standpoint. The contractor shall apply its experience in small business environmental issues in assisting EPA in the development of a "Practical Guide to Environmental Management for Small Business". This will be a fixed price purchase order with a period of performance from the effective date of the purchase order to May 15, 2001.
