Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Kabanuk & Hatterburg PLLC (Kabanuk) for the International Trade Administration (ITA). Purpose of proposed contract is to transfer training materials on CD-ROM to ITA's web page. Kabanuk developed training materials for ITA in a competitive negotiated procurement. Final deliverable under previous procurement was to put all training materials onto CD-ROM for distribution to interested ITA offices. ITA now requires training content developed by Kabanuk on its web page instead of CD-ROM for faster and simpler access by interested ITA offices. Kabanuk only source that possesses original training content in electronic format for transfer into ITA's web page. Public solicitation will not be issued.
