S -- BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) MEDICAL AND LABORATORY The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to award a Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Government Scientific Source (GSS). The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be for a base year and four option years to provide medical and laboratory supplies off of their GSA Schedule Contracts for the U.S. Army Medical Research Unit -- Kenya. Any interested parties who thinks they can full fill this requirement must have a GSA Schedule Contract that provides a wide base of medical and laboratory manufacturers. They also must have the capabilities to Ship directly to Kenya APO, AE address, except the Government Purchase Card (VISA) as a form of payment, provide detail monthly purchase reports, and meet short turn around response time for supplies.
