The Bureau of Prisons is seeking a qualified organization capable of providing the services of a Hobbycraft Instructor to the female inmates at the Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, WV. The contractor will provide class room oversight in the areas of leather craft, card making, beading, crocheting, and knitting. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Services Requirements Contract inclusive of one base year and the Government's unilateral right to exercise 4, 12 month options. The base year will be from date of award through September 30, 2001. The scheduling will normally consist of 5, sessions per week, with each session being defined as 6 hours in duration for an estimated total of 260 sessions for the base year.
