The Bureau of Prisons is seeking a qualified individual capable of providing Parenting Instruction to the female inmates at the Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, WV. The contractor will provide instruction which will foster a positive relationship between inmates and their children during and after incarceration. This will be accomplished through classroom instruction as well as interactive sessions in the FPC Alderson Children's Center. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Services Requirements Contract inclusive of one base year and the Government's unilateral right to exercise 4, 12 month options. The base year will be from date of award through September 30, 2001. The scheduling will normally consist of 104 educational sessions which is defined as 6 hours in duration and 104 Children's Center sessions which is defined as 6 hours in duration, for an estimated total of 208 sessions for the base year.
