The Bureau of Prisons is seeking a qualified individual capable of providing the services of a Testing Administrator to the female inmates at the Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, WV. The contractor is responsible for the general coordination of the testing program. This coordination will consist of scheduling tests, record keeping, administering tests, inventory of tests, and the posting of test results. The contractor will administer the ABLE, CASAS and GED test as well as other test required for various vocational interests and aptitude test batteries. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Services Requirements Contract inclusive of one base year and the Government's unilateral right to exercise 4, 12 month options. The base year will be from date of award through September 30, 2001. The scheduling will normally consist of 6, sessions per week, with each session being defined as 4 hours in duration for an estimated total of 260 sessions for the base year.
