The Oregon Air National Guard is accepting bids for this project: Add/Alter Squadron Operations Building 243, Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base, Klamath Falls OR. A construction contract is anticipated for a 1,300 square foot addition to the existing operations facility. Construction will be steel framed on concrete slab with standing seam metal roof system. All finishes will match existing building. Alteration will include fabrication and installation of three offices on a mezzanine in the existing facility. Disciplines of work required will be electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, and specialized security. Length of construction will be 180 days. The construction contract will be firm-fixed-price between $200,000 to $500,000. Work will be completed while facility is in use.
