Existing sound and undamaged slate shall be removed, stored, reinstalled, and supplemented with new matching slate (75% existing slate and 25% new slate). Existing roofing felt shall be removed and replaced with bituminous-polyethylene membrane. Existing flashing on chimneys and the entire ridge cap shall be replaced in kind.
