equipment, transportation and supervision required for hangar
rehabilitation at U. S. Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City, MI. Work
includes, but is not limited to the following: Remove and construct
walls and ceilings in office area; Renovate the variable air volume air
distribution system in the office area; Provide ventilation system for
the hangar; Provide plumbing for new toilet and shower facilities;
and, Provide related lighting, power, roofing, and structural work.
This procurement is estimated between $250K and $500K and is open to
large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business
Competitive Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC Code is 1542.
Completion time is 123 DANTP. The bid opening date is approximate. NO
