This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Dayton-Granger Inc, 3299 SW 9th Ave, Ft Lauderdale, FL on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 61 ea, p/n LVF10-612-1 antenna, 433 MHZ. This antenna must be a single coaxial connector, dual frequency band blade, capable of fitting in the footprint of the tactical aircrew combat training system blade antenna & also capable of being certitfied for flight on the F-18. It must be capable of rf emission & detection in a lower fequency bandwidth of 432.55 to 433.65 MHZ & an upper frequency bandwidth of 1778 to 1840 MHZ.
