This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). 1. Dome Regulator, Tescom Model 26-1121-382 or equivalent. Inlet and outlet pressure must be at least 6,000 psig, with 1/4 inch external dome loading connection with 1/4" MS-33649. Body and Dome to be 303 stainless steel, end connections to be 1/2 inch MS-33649 with orifice 0.375 inch. Operating temperature allowed from -65F to -165F with PCTFE valve seat; Quantity -4. 2. Dome Regulator, Tescom Model 26-1221-3161 or equivalent. Inlet and Outlet pressue to be at least 6,000 psig. External dome loading connection must be 1/4 inch MS-33649. Body and Dome must be 303 stainless steel. End connections must be 1 inch MS-33649. Orifice of 1/2 inch. Valve seat to be PCTFE; Quantity -2. 3.Hand regulator, Tescom Model 26-2065T34A280 or equivalent. Maximum inlet pressure to be 6,000 psig, outlet pressure range of 10-1500 psig. Operating temperature of -65F to -165F. End connections 1/4 inch MS-33649. CV =0.06. Must be compatible with Tescom regulator ER3000. Electronic controller and viton seals; Quantity 5 each. 4. Hand regulator, Tescom model 26-2062T34A381 or equivalent. Maximum inlet pressure 6,000 psig. Outlet pressure range 50 -6000 psig. Operating temperature of -15F to -165F. End connections 1/4 inch MS-33649 CV=0.12. Must be compatible with Tescom Model ER3000. Must have electronic controller and viton seals; Quantity -- 5 each. 5. Digital electropneumatic controller, Tescom model ER-3000H1-1, or equivalent 4-20 MA analog set point and feedback. FM explosion proof package (Class 1, Div 1, GRPS B,C,D) with UI communication capability; Quantity -- 10 each. 6. Digital electropneumatic controller, Tescom Model ER-3000HI-1 or equivalent. Should be same as item 5 above except with UI-3000 communication capability; Quantity -- 3 each. 7. User interface and display programmer, Tescom model UI3000, or equivalent. Must be compatible with item 6 above and have mounting brackets; Quantity -3 each. 8. Power supply 500 MA/24 VDC. Must power the combination of one ER300 and one U13000 linked together; Quantity -4 each. 9. RS-232 TI RS-485 converter with 9-25 pin cable; Quantity 1-each. 10. Pressure transmitters, Tescom series 615, model 615-3000-2188 or equivalent. Must have 0 -- 3,000 psig, 4 -- 20 milli-amp output. 0.1 Full scale accuracy, 1/2 inch npt male port, 10-30 VDC power; Quantity 2-each. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 97-18. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 3823 and 500, respectively. The quoter shall state in their quotation their size status for this procurement. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to MSFC is required within 30 days ARO. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9.
