This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). 1. Part Number R93-010-M, transducer amplifier rack. Pacific Instruments Model R93-010-M, or equivalent. Must be master rack with 10 channels capability and 110 vac power. Must be programmable with automatic voltage and current excitation, balance and zero. Also must have 8 low pass filters and real time digital output. Balance accuracy must be 0.05% of range, and has automatic zero calibration; Quantity -2. 2. Part Number 9355Q, transducer amplifier, Pacific Instruments Model 9355Q, or equivalent. Must have control and display panels included; Quantity -20. 3. Part Number FM-3F, fan assembly, Pacific Instruments Model FM-3F, or equivalent. Power must be 110 Vac; Quantity -2. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 97-18. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 3679 and 500, respectively. The quoter shall state in their quotation their size status for this procurement. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to MSFC is required within 30 days ARO. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9.
