The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for a Hydrolab Water Quality Monitors (MiniSonde 4 & DataSonde 4). These monitors are for re-stock purposes. The Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility (HIF) warehouse currently operates a sales/rental program in which it stocks a variety of manufacture's monitors. Some customers require specific brands based on their experience, training, existing instrumentation and cooperator needs. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; no formal RFQ will be available.. This award will be made on or about 6 July 2000, under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000,00. Any Vendors who can prove they can provide the exact Hydrolab Water Monitors are invited to provide affirmative response to this notice by faxing request to the CO at 703-648-7901. An affirmative response must include, but not limited to, offered products, price lists, warranties, and any additional information indicating a bona fide ability to meet this requirement.
