NIH/NIA Gerontology Research Center intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Data Sciences International, 4211 Lexington Avenue North, Suite 2244, St. Paul, MN 55126-6164 to purchase one (1) Implantable Telemetry System. This system will include the following: one (1) Implantable Telemetry System, ten (10) Pressure and Physical Activity Monitor Probes and ten (10) Biopotential, Temperature and Activity Probes.
