This COMMERCIAL REQUIREMENT (with minor government specific requirements) will be processed in accordance with FAR 13.5 and competed on an unrestricted basis. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific Activity, (SPAWARSYSCEN PAC), has a requirement for white paper with approximately 83.5 brightness (20 pound bond) for use in High Speed Copiers, Laser Printers, and Plain Paper Facsimile Machines including delivery to government offices. Paper sizes needed (maximum amounts): 8 by 11 inches, 5000 sheets per box, 9,628 boxes per year for three years; 8 by 14 inches, 5000 sheets per box, 145 boxes per year for three years; and, 11 inches by 17 inches, 2500 sheets per box, 130 boxes per year for three years. RFQ will be posted on approximately 19 July 2000 with a 15 day proposalperiod (with proposals due on 3 August 2000). These dates may change.
