Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, parts, transportation, quality control, supervision and incidentals necessary for upgrading sewage lagoon at missile alert facility to comply with state and federal environmental regulations. The work includes, but not limited to: removing existing water, sludge, debris and underlayments; reshape lagoon, reshape and compac sub base, install and compact base; install liner, overflow swale and entry road in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 17 July 2000. Request For Proposal will close on or about 18 August 2000. Performance period is 365 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
