The Oregon Army National Guard is in need of a consulting group to perform a sensing session. The sensing session would incorporate 10-20 questions in agreement with our organization to ask approximately 30 soldiers choosing not to re-enlist or to extend their contract. Our end goal is to obtain a written summary of why the soldiers made this decision not to re-enlist and what the Oregon Army National Guard could have done to avoid this choice. The event will happen the 26-27th of August in The Dalles, Oregon and will require any interested contractor to meet with the State Command Sergeant Major for the Oregon Army National Guard and the Property and Fiscal Officer for Oregon prior to the event. The requirement at this time is to provide us with information on your firm and provide an estimated cost. This is a notice for services sought and there will be not Request for Quotation. The project if advertised will be an 100% set-aside for small business.
