This requirement is for a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for on-site maintenance for DFAS document processing equipment, located in Indianapolis, Columbus, and Kansas City. This equipment is used to process checks, bonds, advice of payments and other documents. The maintenance will include labor, parts, travel and transportation, tools, manuals, diagnostic software and test equipment. The contract requires on-site remedial maintenance during the principle period of maintenance and outside the principle period of performance. All maintenance services shall be performed by experienced and qualified personnel (resumes are required). Best value source selection procedures will apply. The Government plans to award a IDIQ contract resulting from this solicitation. The base period of performance is October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, Option Period I October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, Option Period II October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003.
