The government intends to issue a purchase order for the following service(s): -- INTERPRETATION/PREPARATION OF WRITTEN REPORTS OR ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY SCAN, TO INCLUDE TWO DIMENSIONAL ECHO (93307-26), DOPPLER ECHO (93320-26), AND COLOR FLOW ECHO (93325-26) -- See attached Statement of Work. The period of performance for this purchase order will be 1 October 2000 through 30 September 2001. All services to be performed should be included in the quotation because NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED.
