The Maritime Administration (MARAD) intends to purchase training services to provide in-depth instructions on Contract Administration for MARAD personnel on the newly awarded Ship Manager Contracts. The training shall include how various Ready Reserve Force (RRF) Programs relate to the Ship Manager Contract and also the functions of the various MARAD personnel and contractors and how they interact and their responsibilities in Contract Administration of the contract. Training shall be provided at the Headquarters Office, Washington, DC, South Atlantic Region, Norfolk, VA, Central Region, New Orleans, LA, and Western Region, San Francisco, CA. Multiple training sessions may be required. Training shall be completed in accordance with the Department of Transportation's (DOT) and MARAD's training requirements for Contracting Officer Technical Representative's.
