The 9th Contracting Squadron is seeking qualified offerors to bid construction of the Aircraft Generation Squadron Facility at Beale Air Force Base CA. The work includes but is not limited to : furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations to construct a 3400 SF pre-engineered steel building for a Aircraft Generation Squadron (AGS) facility and related site work according to the specifications and drawings. The project includes but is not limited to: site demolition, site utilities installation, site grading, asphalt concrete paving, sidewalks and fencing, construction of a pre-engineered building, interior finishes, locker rooms and bathrooms, HVAC, plumbing, power, and fire protection. This project will be issued in the form of a Invitation For Bid (IFB) and will be made available for downloading from this website on approximately 20 July 00.
