This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only offers from small business concerns which may qualify under the size standards in this solicitation will be accepted. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1M and the construction period is 60 to 90 days. Bonding will be required for this acquisition. The project consists of a concrete-capped gabion diversion dam across the Pecos River. The diversion dam will be concrete-capped on the upstream vertical and horizontal surfaces. Dumped rock will be placed at the toe of the structure for scour protection. Wire-wrapped riprap will be installed for erosion control.
