The project consists of constructing a navigation channel 100 ft. wide and 8 ft. deep for a distance of about 4 miles, ending in a 200 ft. wide by 800 ft. long turning basin in Pass Christian Industrial Park. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this project is 1629. Bid documents are available on or about 21 July 2000. Estimated cost of work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Bidders, subcontractors and Dodge Plan Rooms are required to self-register their firm or office on the Internet to receive one CD-ROM.
