The work to be completed is for the mill amd overlay of the existing parking lot at Jewel Cave National Monument located just west of Custer, SD. Work will consist of, but is not limited to, removing asphalt walk, removing concrete curb and gutter, sawcutting, disposal of asphalt and concrete, milling asphalt surface, hauling millings, concrete work, patching, tack coat, 1.5" asphalt overlay, striping and signs, symbols, and traffic controls. All proposals will be evaluated on Past performance, Quality of Work and Price. An Experience Questionaire is required to be completed for this project.
