Project 000020A/B, Solicitation No. F33601-00-R9014 -- Repair/Resurface
Connector, Hebble Creek and Battle Creek Roads. Performance period is
120 days. SIC 1611, SIZE STANDARD $17.0M. Project involves construction
of a bridge and connecting road over Hebble Creek to allow the
reconfiguration of the base. This is a continuation of the National
Parks Service effort to open the Huffman Flying Field. A Request for
Proposal including Performance/Price Tradeoff criteria is anticipated
to be used. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be provided. You

proposed acquisition is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Mr. Stephen J.

disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government
